I believe in leading and mentoring teams to create their best work

For the past 20 years, I have worked with, led and mentored creative teams of various sizes (from 5 to 75 people), to create engaging brand experiences and digital storytelling.

From Creative Director to Global CCO in New York, Paris, and London, I’ve worked with incredibly talented people at Digital Luxury Group, iCrossing (Hearst), Mirum & J. Walter Thompson, Razorfish, Ogilvy and EuroRSCG (Havas).

I have worked alongside high-profile brands to create innovative projects such as Louis Vuitton Journeys global campaign, Mercedes-Benz Tweet Race or l’Oréal Paris digital reinvention.

From helping Razorfish land a top spot on the Ad Age A-List for two consecutive years in 2012 and 2013, to been recognized many times over with awards from The One Show, The CLIOs, The Webby Awards, Effie Awards, Art Directors Club, Eurobest, and the London International Awards, I always viewed my role as a catalyst to inspire all team members to work together to create their best work.

I served as a judge at leading creative award shows like the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity (twice), the One Show (twice), the Art Directors Club and the London International Awards.

I partnered with the Better Man Conference, an organization geared toward helping men become better allies to women and develop true inclusion in the workplace. I am a frequent speaker at industry events, and collaborated with the Wharton School on the Future of Advertising program, and taught at Miami Ad School.

in March 2020, just a few days before the lockdown, I was invited at the Creative Voices Conference in Brussels, to talk about Toxic Masculinity and the journey toward inclusion

 
 

#Metoo started a serious conversation about men’s toxic behaviors and biases that set a new status quo. Men now need to take more accountability towards less bias, and have an active role in making it history. I shared the the work my team and I created to support mindful advocacy, why equity takes practice, and how it all impacts creative leadership.
